This combined HLTAID014 Provide Advanced First Aid and HLTAID015 Provide Advanced Resuscitation and Oxygen Therapy course develops the practical skills and knowledge required to manage complex first aid emergencies, provide advanced resuscitation and administer oxygen using specialised equipment.
Participants complete both nationally recognised units through one combined training program, making it suitable for people who may be required to take greater responsibility during serious workplace, community, aquatic or event-based emergencies.

By completing the combined HLTAID014 Provide Advanced First Aid and HLTAID015 Provide Advanced Resuscitation and Oxygen Therapy course, participants develop the practical skills and knowledge required to manage complex first aid and resuscitation emergencies.
Training focuses on casualty assessment, advanced first aid, multiple-casualty management, advanced CPR, airway management, oxygen administration, suction, bag-valve-mask ventilation, automated external defibrillation and the safe use of specialised resuscitation equipment.
